Official contest rules
1. Sponsor
Jemmy Gourmet Inc., Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
2. Contest period
November 7, 2026 – January 15, 2027
3. Prize
An electric bike worth $2,500 with the following specifications:
- Motor: 36V 250W
- Battery: 36V 8Ah
- Gears: 7 Speeds
- Brakes: Disc Brakes
- Display: LCD Display
- Tires: 26" Tires
- Range: 31–60 km
4. Eligibility
- Age & Residency: Open to legal residents of Moncton, New Brunswick, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
- Exclusions & Restrictions: Employees, immediate family members, and agents of Jemmy Gourmet (Coffee Shop & Pâtisserie) are not eligible to participate.
5. How to enter with a purchase
Spend $50.00 or more in a single transaction (before taxes) at Jemmy Gourmet during the contest period to earn giveaway entries. Each incremental $50.00 spent on the same receipt earns 1 additional entry.
Calculation Examples:
- $50.00 → 1 entry
- $175.00 → 3 entries
- $500.00 → 10 entries

6. No-purchase method of entry

7. Draw and winner verification
- Draw Date & Method: The random prize draw will take place on January 17, 2027 at Jemmy Gourmet. The winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries.
- Contact & Response Deadline: The selected winner will be contacted via phone or email within 2 days of the draw. The winner must claim the prize and respond within 2 days of notification, or an alternate winner may be drawn.
- Consolation Offer: All non-winning participants will receive a 15% discount on their next order at Jemmy Gourmet, valid for 1 month following the end of the giveaway.
- Alternate Winner Procedure: If a selected winner cannot be reached, is disqualified, or fails to respond in time, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Privacy
Personal information is collected by Jemmy Gourmet Inc. for contest administration. Insert the approved privacy contact, purposes, service providers, safeguards, retention period and access/correction process. Marketing consent must be separate and optional.
9. General conditions
- Release & Liability: Participants release Jemmy Gourmet from any liability or claims related to the use or acceptance of the prize.
- Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to let Jemmy Gourmet use their name and photo for promotion and social media.
- Modification: Jemmy Gourmet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in case of technical issues or fraud.
- Disputes & Rules: Participation implies full acceptance of these Official Rules. Decisions made by Jemmy Gourmet are final.
